We want you to love your order. Please review our return eligibility below before purchasing, as return terms vary by product category.
Standard Items (Non-Perishable, Non-Skincare) Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Final sale, closeout, and discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Natural Skincare & Butter-Based Products — Final Sale All natural skincare and butter-based products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These products are sourced from independent suppliers and are subject to each supplier's individual return and fulfillment policies.
If you receive a damaged skincare or butter-based product, contact us at Godmodefitnezz@gmail.com or via our Contact Form within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.
Perishable Items — Final Sale All perishable items are final sale and non-refundable, except when received damaged or as a wrong item. To qualify:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging
Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.
How to Start a Return (Standard Items) Contact us at Godmodefitnezz@gmail.com or via our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Standard Non-Perishable) If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Heat Damage Disclaimer We are not responsible for heat-related damage (melting, softening, or texture changes) caused by weather conditions or carrier delays during transit. From May 1 – September 30, butter-based and natural skincare products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only to minimize this risk. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept this shipping limitation.
