Processing Time:
Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Temperature-Sensitive & Natural Skincare Products
Some of our natural skincare and butter-based products are sensitive to heat and require special handling. To protect product quality:
- From May 1 – September 30, orders containing butter-based or natural skincare items are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only to minimize weekend transit exposure.
- Orders placed after Tuesday during this period will be held and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
- We are not responsible for heat damage caused by weather conditions or carrier delays once the package has left our facility. We strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option for temperature-sensitive orders if you are located in a warm climate.
Shipping Times (US): Standard shipping: 5–10 business days Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Shipping Destination: We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

- Some orders may ship from multiple locations depending on the items ordered.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other events outside our control.
